I named this particular series Places & Spaces after a song by the jazz, funk & rhythm musician Donald Byrd. While each piece in the series was created spontaneously and intuitively, I came to see that each piece was born out of a reverberating feeling for particular moments in time when I felt to be in a presence of a great sense of peace and flow.
