As a resident of the US who came from S. Korea and has traveled around the world, oftentimes I find myself inbetween different places(cultures) and in different places(cultures) at the same time. This circumstance led me to think about our emotional experiences which are the intersection of time and space and personal yet universal. Landscape is the best subject which allows me to covey this concept. It always presents the specific local beauty yet provides anonymous feeling.
