Memorial Day in the United States is often the unofficial start of summer. With that in mind, I am excited to feature my new oil on linen painting "The Strand" on ArtlyOwl. For me, it captures that almost spiritual mix of wind, sand, and water. I created numerous studies for "The Strand" which helped me hone in on my homage to the city that I call home.
