CREATIVE, PHILOSOPHICAL, MAKER
Over the past ten years as a photographer and teacher, I have completed various documentary projects and books and worked as a commercial photographer, digital technician and retoucher. I am based in San Francisco, where I experiment with alternative printing methods using new technology and chemistry.
I enjoy hiking, hand-making crafts, and gardening.
Find me hiking through the rolling grass hills in front of my Grandparent's house or in my studio.
MORE ABOUT ME
Inspired by the outdoors and science fiction novels, I seeks to portray the world around us in a way that questions our belief in the physical truth of things as they appear to be. Through the use of non-objective imagery, I attempt to obfuscate the line between the microscopic imagery of cellular organisms and the macrocosm of celestial bodies to create a dynamic visual system.
